ACBL operates a fleet of approximately 3,550 barges, including covered hopper and open hopper barges for dry products and tank barges for liquids, powered by nearly 190 towboats. A recent investment of one billion dollars in our fleet and supporting operations has equipped us with one of the nation’s largest and youngest inland fleets to provide greater equipment availability, reliability and efficiency.
